Sr HR Generalist

Job Description As a Senior HR Generalist at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our HR Region/Sites function. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives. You will report directly to the HR Manager and work out of our Redmond, WA location on a hybrid work schedule (first 90 days onsite). Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations, including handling inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for the organization. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives. Provide guidance and support to People Leaders on HR practices and regulations. Qualifications 3 years of experience in Site HR with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Experience managing employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution. Proficiency in HR systems and tools relevant to employee management and talent acquisition. Ability to interpret and apply HR regulations and legal requirements effectively. We Value Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture. Experience in performance management processes, including goal setting and development plans. Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices. Ability to navigate and interpret HR regulations and legal requirements. Salary Range: $100,300 - $125,400. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
