Customer Support Manager (English & Spanish) — Law Firm

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday — Friday, 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM (New York Time)

Salary: $900 — $1,300 per month (depending on experience and interview results)

About Us

We are a growing New York-based law firm seeking a bilingual Customer Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls from potential and existing clients in English and Spanish.
* Respond to inquiries submitted through website contact forms.
* Follow up with leads and schedule consultations.
* Maintain accurate client records and update information in the CRM system.
* Communicate with attorneys and team members through Slack.
* Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
* Route urgent matters to the appropriate team members.
* Assist with general administrative and client intake tasks.

Requirements

* Fluent spoken and written English.
* Fluent spoken and written Spanish.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to handle phone conversations professionally and confidently.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
* Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
* Experience using Slack is preferred.
* Previous customer support, call center, intake specialist, or client services experience is a plus.
