We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the service
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
Agape Transportation Management specializes on Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services for individuals who are not currently experiencing an emergency but need more assistance than a taxi service is able to provide. As a state-approved NEMT services provider, Agape offers premier curb-to-curb on-time medical transportation for select members of our community that otherwise might not have access to essential medical care.
