Remote Brand & Performance Creative Designer

A highly creative, senior-level, performance-driven Brand & Performance Creative Designer is needed to transform existing brand assets into high-converting ad creatives and marketing content across multiple digital platforms. This role goes beyond aesthetic design—it focuses on creating visuals that drive clicks, conversions, engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate has approximately 7+ years of professional design experience, a strong understanding of performance marketing, and the ability to independently develop creative concepts from existing assets. While the client will primarily provide static brand assets, the designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing polished, high-performing creative variations across multiple channels.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable producing approximately 30 creative assets per week, and can balance speed, quality, and performance. Experience with AI-assisted and 3D design tools is a strong advantage for accelerating ideation and creating more dynamic, engaging visuals while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static and animated ad creatives for paid platforms (Meta, Google Display, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Adapt and repurpose existing brand assets into multiple creative variations.
• Create social media visuals including Instagram feed posts, stories, and promotional graphics.
• Develop original creative concepts based on existing brand assets provided by the client.
• Produce approximately 30 creative assets/designs per week while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.

Performance Ad Creatives

• Design performance-optimized creatives focused on CTR, conversions, and engagement.
• Produce multiple creative versions for A/B testing (visuals, formats, hooks, CTAs).
• Apply platform best practices, including safe zones, hierarchy, and thumb-stopping layouts.
• Iterate creatives in collaboration with the marketing or ads team based on performance feedback.
• Independently conceptualize creative directions and execute high-performing designs from static source materials.

3D & AI-Assisted Visual Content

• Create 3D or AI-assisted visuals and animations for ads and social content.
• Transform static assets into dynamic or motion-based creatives.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining brand consistency.

Brand & Marketing Collaterals

• Design brand-aligned materials such as guides, one-pagers, PDFs, and presentation decks.
• Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and support marketing objectives.

Content Repurposing & Workflow Collaboration

• Repurpose core assets into multiple formats across platforms while maintaining consistency.
• Organize and manage creative files for efficient reuse and scaling.
• Collaborate closely with the client and marketing team, execute creative direction, and implement feedback efficiently.

Qualifications & Ideal Traits:

• Approximately 7+ years of professional graphic design or creative design experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts from existing brand assets independently.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume creative workload of approximately 30 content pieces/designs per week without compromising quality.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused creative strategy.
• Proven experience in graphic design, performance creative, or digital marketing design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating paid ad creatives and conversion-focused designs.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and creative testing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Experience with 3D or AI-assisted creative tools is a strong advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creative deliverables.
• Receptive to feedback and capable of fast, effective iterations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
