Job Description / Desired Qualifications:

• A Business Analyst with 10 to 15 years of experience is responsible for idea generation, development and implementation.
• They also modify business processes for use in other departments. They achieve this by detailing the concept of the process.
• Detailing gives an insight into the effectiveness of the process. If there are unproductive techniques, the analyst can find a workable solution.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
• Liaise between various business departments and groups.
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
