Role Description The Operations Coordinator (Asset Management) is a contract role responsible for supporting the daily operational and administrative activities of an asset management team. This hybrid position is based in Boston, MA, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating operational workflows, processing documentation, maintaining records and databases, and assisting with reporting on portfolio activities. The role also involves responding to internal and external inquiries, ensuring data accuracy, supporting client service initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional partners such as compliance, trading, and client service teams. The Operations Coordinator will help identify process improvements, monitor timelines and deliverables, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management skills, including coordinating workflows, tracking deliverables, and supporting asset management processes.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including comfort with data, reporting, and identifying trends or discrepancies.
- Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Administrative Assistance capabilities, including document management, scheduling, and maintaining organized records and systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial or CRM systems is preferred.
- Experience in financial services or asset management operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
