Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Serve as primary front desk support during assigned hours
- Greet visitors, manage calls, and support student and staff needs
- Coordinate and execute event setup and breakdown (meetings, school events, PD, etc.)
- Maintain shared spaces to ensure readiness and organization
- Support logistics such as room scheduling, materials distribution, and internal communications
- Assist with attendance tracking and data entry as needed
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the FOM and DOO
- Ensure front office coverage and responsiveness throughout the day
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
