KinConnect Specialist As a KinConnect Specialist, you’ll be a trusted partner in providing care for children at Hope Children’s Home while locating, engaging, and building connections with extended family members who may provide lifelong support, placement opportunities, and permanency. Through family-finding efforts, advocacy, and resource connection, you’ll help strengthen family networks and create pathways to permanency. This position plays a critical role in helping children achieve stable, lasting family connections, and whenever possible, exit the formal child welfare system through adoption finalization. This isn’t just a position—it’s an opportunity to help children find their permanent family. Qualifications & Preferred Skills Bachelor’s Degree in social work (preferred) or in a related human services field. Experience preferred. Collaborate effectively within diverse, multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively for a variety of audiences. Flexible hybrid schedule including remote work opportunities and two evenings per week. Travel required within surrounding counties with or without accommodation.
