Summary The Printing and Inserting Machine Operator performs in a high-volume production environment, operating high-speed print and inserting equipment to prepare customer documents for mailing via the United States Postal Service. The role requires physical stamina, technical knowledge of machinery, and the ability to troubleshoot issues during the production process. Additional responsibilities include supporting light industrial tasks such as shipping and receiving. Shift work and overtime required.

Your role in our mission Operate high-speed Xerox/Canon printing equipment (allocate print files, load/remove paper). Operate high-speed inserting equipment for mailing customer documents via USPS. Work in a production environment and stand for eight or more hours. Lift up to 50 lbs. boxes and perform bending/kneeling to operate equipment. Participate in overtime as needed; other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for High School diploma or equivalent education/experience. Experience with Xerox printing and inserting equipment a plus but not required. Ability to troubleshoot and escalate equipment issues to meet production goals. Consistent performance meeting or exceeding production standards.

What you should expect in this role Fully on-site position with no remote work option. Overtime required. Must be available to work on Gainwell holidays. Must be able to work any day of the week. Must be able to work third shift.

The pay range for this position is $30,700.00 - $33,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
