Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auto Assembly/Plating Technician to join our dynamic team in Jonesboro, AR. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and plating processes of automotive components, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities- Assemble automotive parts and components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform plating processes on various metal components, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of assembled products to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly or plating issues.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to assembly and plating techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in auto assembly, plating, or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
