The HR Specialist will be responsible for administering a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees and plays a critical part in maintaining a positive and efficient workplace culture.

Key Job Responsibilities 1.Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and extending offers. Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company. 2.Employee Records & Administration: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Process personnel actions such as hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers. 3.Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters. Assist in resolving basic employee relations issues and escalate complex matters to the HR Manager. 4.Benefits Administration: Support employee benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, PTO, etc.), including enrollment, changes, and reconciliation. Educate employees on benefit options and serve as a liaison between employees and benefits vendors. 5.Policy & Compliance: Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. 6.HR Projects & Support: Assist with performance management cycles, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
