Head of Sales

In office 2 days a week (Northern NJ)

 

Our client, a fast-growing technology provider for experiential gatherings, is looking for a Head of Sales to lead their inbound sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will come from a smaller company and have experience managing a sales team of at least 5. Initially focused on optimizing inbound sales, this role will expand to include outbound strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end sales processes, focusing on inbound lead optimization.
• Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and strategic sales plans.
• Lead and develop a team of 5+ sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure sales alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and data analysis to optimize performance.

 

Key Qualifications:

• Proven senior sales leadership experience from a smaller, fast-paced company.
• Track record of managing and mentoring a team of 5+.
• Strong background in both inbound and outbound sales.
• Expertise in sales strategy, goal setting, and achieving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
