Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

1st Shift Production Join our dynamic team as a 1st Shift Production Associate and be a vital part of our manufacturing operation! We are seeking motivated, entry-level candidates to support our shipping department and deburr wash area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with room for growth. Wage: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM Key Responsibilities Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of products. Support the deburr wash area by performing cleaning and finishing on parts to meet quality standards. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met efficiently and effectively. Qualifications No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift lightweight to moderate materials. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
