Community Marketing SpecialistThe Community Marketing Specialist plays a key role in generating awareness on behalf of our clinics in your assigned region. You are often the first point of contact in the community. Your job is to build relationships, represent our brand, and create clear pathways that connect people back to our clinics.This role works in close partnership with clinic staff. You will build awareness externally while ensuring a warm and welcoming introduction to the clinic team when care is needed. Success in this role comes from strong relationship building, consistent field presence, and clear follow-through.This role is part of our growing Community Marketing Team.This is a field-based role with defined time expectations:60% Field MarketingCommunity outreach, relationship building, and event participation20% Planning, Preparation, and other MarketingOutreach planning, follow-ups, coordination, and local marketing execution20% Administrative ResponsibilitiesReporting, email communication, meetings, and online reputation managementYou are expected to maintain a consistent presence in your designated areas. Travel is required and is a core function of the role.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute local marketing plans tailored to your designated regionBuild and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, schools, and community organizationsSupport Clinic Leads in achieving patient volume goals through strategic activationsCreate and manage a local events calendar across assigned marketsRepresent the company at community events, health fairs, networking events, and sponsorship opportunitiesTravel regularly to clinic locations to coordinate promotional activities to drive awareness and patient volumeGenerate awareness and guide community members toward clinic servicesEnsure a smooth and welcoming handoff from community interaction to clinic staffIdentify and pursue new partnership and sponsorship opportunitiesMonitor and track the effectiveness of local campaigns, outreach efforts, and eventsMaintain organized documentation of outreach, partnerships, and follow-upsRespond to online reviews and support local reputation management effortsCollaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align effortsRequirements1–2 years of sales or field marketing experience1–2 years of marketing and communications experience1 year of event planning or project planning experienceHealthcare or wellness industry experience preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportationSkillsProject managementInterpersonal communicationSales and relationship buildingB2B marketingCommunity relationsPublic relationsEvent planning and coordinationOrganization and time managementAbility to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with marketing tools and project management software is a plusAdditional ExpectationsAbility to travel regularly within assigned marketsComfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekendsStrong ownership mindset with consistent follow-throughAbility to represent the brand professionally in all community settings
