Billing Specialist

Job Summary A growing organization in Plant City, FL is seeking a Billing Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. This 100% onsite role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in customer support, accounts receivable, billing, and office administration. The Billing Specialist will support customer communication, billing accuracy, payment processing, and accounts receivable follow-up while helping internal teams maintain smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Manage customer support inquiries related to billing, payments, account updates, and service communication. Prepare, review, and process billing information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Support accounts receivable activities, including payment tracking, collections follow-up, and cash application. Maintain accurate customer records, billing documentation, and financial data in internal systems. Communicate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and support timely service delivery. Assist with general office administration and accounting-related workflows as needed. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $47,000 to $52,000 per year. Job type: Direct hire. Work arrangement: 100% onsite in Plant City, FL.
