As our new Events & Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day practical operations for the successful execution of the company’s conference, webinar, press, and media campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Events & Media Manager, this role will ensure the timely completion of key deliverables necessary to strategic sales and marketing initiatives, including coordination of shipping, payment, registrations, accommodations, press announcements, and marketing deliverables. Fitting candidates for this role are self-driven, highly organized, and detail oriented.

Pay range : $70k-80k

Location: 100% Remote.

Responsibilities:

Events Coordination:

\n
• Drive efficient internal communications around event details, including the scheduling of attendees, coordination of shipping materials.
\n
• Maintain company tracking systems for organizing future and past events, including updating team calendars and logging event details in Salesforce.
\n
• Facilitate all deadline-driven deliverables for conferences and webinars, including sharing key information with external and internal stakeholders.
\n
• Coordinate payments and contracts for sponsorships and event invoices, with collaboration and oversight from team leadership.
\n
• Facilitate registrations and accommodations for events and other engagements,
\n
• including hotel reservations and logistics.
\n
• Support the Communications team to ensure the timely submission of corporate marketing materials to external vendors, directly tackling one-off tasks as needed.
\n
• Coordinate with Strategic Relations, Creative, Compliance, and Shipping teams to finalize onsite sponsorship materials.
\n
• Facilitate shipments to ensure quality control of shipment and retrieval.
\n

Media Coordination:

\n
• Set up external and internal company announcements and notices across multiple platforms, including a PR wire service, company website, social media, and company Intranet.
\n
• Track and report on news/media performance, including tracking visibility and pickup of releases and social media engagement, organizing and sharing key results with the Communications team and Sales team.
\n
• Serve as media relations touch point for ExchangeRight and affiliates, executing press and media strategy in accordance with direction from leadership, including necessary communications for news placement and collaborative projects, coordination of sponsorships and advertising opportunities, wire service contracts, and continuing education accreditation processes.
\n
• Maintain active outreach and relationships with press contacts, journalists, editors, and third-party platforms to pitch stories, respond to inquiries, and manage media opportunities.
\n
• Manage paid media relations, creative assets, and execution across podcasts, editorial, advertorial, video, digital and print ads, social media, exclusive events, and other cross-platform formats.
\n
• Monitor and attend to incoming communications, including media and public inquiries via email, paid media and advertising solicitations, and social media activity.
\n
• Maintain and update cross-departmental bios, company messaging, headshots, and other templated PR/marketing materials.
\n
• As needed, produce content for announcements, social posts, and promotional materials.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• 2+ years in corporate events experience.
\n
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft.Proficiency with LinkedIn social media management.
\n
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
\n
• Self-driven and highly organized.
\n
