Organizingandoverseeingjobsiteadministration Organizingandcoordinatingfieldoperations Assistinginthedevelopment,monitoring,updating,andcommunicatingtheprojectscheduleanditsperiodicrevisions Managingthedirectlaborforceandmaintaininglaborrelationson-site Managingsubcontractorschedules,quality-of-work,coordinationwithothertrades,andpayments Creatingandmaintainingasafe/securejobsiteenvironment QualityControloftheproject EstablishingandmaintainingrelationshipswiththeOwner,designprofessionals,buildingofficials,localbusinesses,andpoliceandfiredepartments DailyReportsKEYWORKINGRELATIONSHIPS
Mustbeabletoworkwithgovernmentandnon-governmentpersonnelinaprofessionalandclearmanner.Beabletoworkwithdifferenttradesandconstructionfocusestoensureaqualityenvironmentwithoutlimitingthetradesabilitytocompletework.Mustbeabletoproperlycommunicateoverthephoneandinwritingtouppermanagementtoinclude Subcontractors,Suppliers,OnsiteStaff,Owners,otherPM’s,Superintendents,andCorporateSafety.QUALIFICATIONS
