Part Time Executive AdministratorTurning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization founded in 2019 by Charlie Kirk. The organization's mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders. Turning Point Action has emerged as the country's leading grassroots organization, giving individuals the opportunity and platform to run for office at the local level, providing voters with critical information surrounding their district's candidates and elections, allowing them unparalleled access to some of the most impactful figures in the movement. Turning Point Action is on a mission to save America, one precinct at a time.Turning Point Action is seeking a Part Time Executive Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative tasks for the Executive team. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to managing and paying incoming invoices, promptly responding to external and internal parties regarding scheduling, keeping an inventory of and restocking office materials, and any other administrative tasks relating to the team. This is an entry level position.The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Data entry with Google Sheets.Promptly paying and tracking incoming invoices.Responding to inquiries from the Executive team.Managing professional relationships with other conservative organizations.Organizing and maintaining the Turning Point Action Airtable database.Updating the Google Drive when needed.Minimum qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:Excellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)Passion for conservative ideas and principlesExtremely organizedStrong work ethic and goal-orientedSelf-starter and self-motivatedPunctual and extremely responsive“WOW!” skills:Past administrative experiencePast/present involvement in conservative youth organizationsExperience starting campus organizations and/orLeadership experience in conservative youth organizationsAll applicants will be subject to a background check and would be required to sign an NDA for employment.
