Our team recently invested more than $50 million to grow our brands and continue to serve our loyal consumers with the great quality they have come to expect.Learn more by visiting our consumer products homepage.What You Will DoLead the site's learning and development strategy to support business objectives and workforce capability needsPartner with operational and functional leaders to identify skill gaps and capability-building opportunitiesDevelop, implement, and continuously improve training systems, learning programs, and qualification processesSupport onboarding, job progression, leadership development, and technical skill development initiativesEstablish and maintain training metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvementFacilitate or coordinate instructor-led, hands-on, and digital learning experiencesCoach leaders on employee development, performance feedback, and capability-building best practicesDrive knowledge management initiatives to capture and transfer critical organizational knowledgeEnsure training programs meet regulatory, safety, and company requirementsLead continuous improvement efforts to improve employee proficiency, engagement, and overall business performanceWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience leading, facilitating, coordinating, or developing training programs in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or business environmentExperience partnering with leaders to identify development needs and implement capability-building solutionsExperience managing projects and driving initiatives with multiple stakeholdersExperience using data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and support decision-makingDirect Supervisory experience.What Will Put You AheadBachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience supporting learning and development initiatives within a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience designing competency-based training systems or qualification programsExperience supporting leadership development and succession planning processesExperience with learning management systems (LMS) or training management platformsKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design practicesAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
