Dolan Community Relations Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Event coordination and execution. This includes:
  • Coordinating vehicle placements with dealership GSM.
  • Coordinating Vehicle Merchandising with dealership (Decals, signage, plateframes, removing sales stickers and stock numbers, etc.).
  • Communicating with event organizers to ensure logistics for pre-event, during-event, and post-event presence.
  • Ensure the Dolan Brand is positioned in a way that elevates the community experience of Dolan Auto Group.
  • Developing new ideas for how Dolan can continue to elevate its presence at internal and external events.
  • Ensure event organizers have the best-in-town experience during all communication and interactions.
• Community Partner Relationship Communication.
  • With the support of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for responding to and communicating with sponsors, sponsorship requests, and internal team members who submit requests promptly.
  • The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for gathering sponsorship request details and information to be presented to the team for approval.
• Working with Human Resources to communicate upcoming events, ticket availability, and necessary details for the event for HR and employees.
  • Assisting with Dolan Hub posting and updates.
  • Designing posters to keep employees informed.
• Assist with Dolan Lexus Community space request approvals and coordination of event needs with partners.
  • This includes being present and on-site to meet, welcome, and facilitate day-of event needs.
  • Work with the Dolan Lexus team to coordinate parking lot needs and vehicle movement.
  • Work with event organizers to ensure necessary paperwork is completed before the event, for example:
    • Liability Insurance
    • Event Space Use Contracts

Physical Demands: Physical demands include, but are not limited to:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast-paced walking, and light jogging when necessary.
• Lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times.
• Exposure to weather, where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.
