Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions by phone and email

• Assist with routine service and account requests

• Update customer information and interaction notes

• Follow up on open requests and pending items

• Coordinate customer needs with internal teams

• Schedule calls, appointments, and follow-up activities

• Help resolve routine service concerns

• Maintain accurate and organized customer records
