You might be our person if... You've got experience in retail management, sales, or hospitality leadership. You're a natural people person who loves building relationships. Sales goals excite you rather than scare you! You're organized enough to keep the details straight, even when things get a little chaotic. You know how to have fun at work while still getting things DONE. You can give great feedback, have tough conversations, and help people grow. You're comfortable with technology, scheduling systems, and administrative responsibilities. You're excited about massage, skincare, and the health and wellness industry. You're available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bonus points if you've sold memberships or worked with appointment-booking software! Most importantly? You're someone who leads by example, takes ownership, and understands that a successful team doesn't happen by accident.
