Project Coordinator

salary: $31.61 - 36.61 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

  • Follow and strictly enforce established project management processes to guarantee consistency and regulatory compliance across all project phases.

  • Meticulously create, update, and manage vital project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and detailed project plans.

  • Maintain and update configuration databases and systems to accurately track all project changes and safeguard data integrity.

  • Leverage strong organizational and multitasking abilities alongside project management tools to ensure the smooth, day-to-day execution of large-scale initiatives.
