Procurement CoordinatorPay: $18.00-$20.00 per hourSchedule: 9/80 Work ScheduleMonday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (9-hour workdays)Friday: One Friday worked (8 hours) and the alternating Friday offRequirements:Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.Previous procurement or purchasing/buying experience.Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Procurement Coordinator to join our Procurement Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a process-driven role. The successful candidate will support procurement operations by sourcing materials, coordinating purchases, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of the organization's procurement policies, procedures, and systems.Source products, create purchase orders, and coordinate deliveries while working closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate pricing and transaction processing.Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers within approved procurement systems.Support the development of procurement plans that align with organizational goals and operational needs.Assist with supplier negotiations, including pricing and turnaround times.Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, customer contracts, and statements of work.Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.Assist in developing and tracking procurement performance metrics.Manage multiple procurement tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely and efficient purchasing operations.Requirements/QualificationsPrevious experience in procurement, purchasing and supply chain.Strong computer and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.Experience working with an ERP systems is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Ideal CandidateCooperative, professional, and dependable.A self-starter who can confidently manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.Patient and comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Process-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and quality.Able to follow established procedures consistently.Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently.Capable of working independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.An effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.If you are organized, detail-focused, and enjoy supporting business operations through efficient procurement practices, we'd love to hear from you!Referral Bonus Available: $100–$500 for successful referrals
