Senior Operations Manager

Supporting the Prime NASA program at Goddard Space Flight Center, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will oversee facilities maintenance operations, manage technical projects, and ensure compliance with NASA requirements, with the flexibility of remote work and periodic site visits. Key Responsibilities Coordinate technical projects related to facilities operations and oversee maintenance management systems Support the execution of the GSFC facilities maintenance contract and manage daily operations in accordance with performance standards Monitor costs, schedules, and performance metrics for base operations and IDIQ task orders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, construction management, business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience Eight to ten years of experience in government facilities maintenance or similar service contracts Experience with IDIQ contracts and task order execution Proven ability to manage technical projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams Understanding of mission-critical facilities operations and engineering coordination
