Salary: $86,090.82 - $121,138.43 Annually Application Deadline: N/A The City of Sacramento Human Resources Department, Employment Services Division is seeking a knowledgeable, analytical, and motivated professional to serve as a Senior Personnel Analyst. This supervisory-level position provides technical leadership, oversight, training, and support to personnel staff while performing advanced human resources and analytical work in areas such as classification and compensation, workforce planning, job analysis, salary surveys, examination development, organizational studies, and policy interpretation. The incumbent serves as a strategic business partner to assigned departments, providing guidance on complex personnel matters, staffing strategies, recruitment and retention, organizational changes, and workforce challenges. Responsibilities include conducting complex studies and audits, preparing reports and recommendations, overseeing recruitment and selection activities, leading special projects and process improvements, ensuring compliance with Civil Service Rules, labor agreements, policies, and employment laws, and delivering exceptional customer service while managing sensitive and high-profile assignments.
