Senior UX Designer

UX Designer III Our client, a leading enterprise technology organization, is seeking a UX Designer III to join their team. As a UX Designer III, you will be part of the Product Development Department supporting enterprise product solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Spring, TX Pay Range: 75-80 W2 What's the Job? Own UX design for complex enterprise product areas from early concept through delivery Design task-driven, workflow-heavy experiences that support efficiency, accuracy, and scale Translate requirements, research insights, and constraints into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Design for complex states, permissions, roles, edge cases, and data-rich interfaces Apply systems thinking to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across products What's Needed? Portfolio demonstrating strong enterprise UX design work across complex products or platforms Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent) Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles Experience designing for data-heavy interfaces, complex workflows, or role-based systems Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints What's in it for me?
