Qualifications Hold a valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential. Have 1+ years of experience in a therapy or medical setting. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
