Corporate Paralegal

Supporting a range of corporate legal matters, the full-time salaried Senior Corporate Paralegal will manage corporate governance tasks, prepare materials for Board meetings, and maintain corporate documents while collaborating with legal teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support the preparation and organization of materials for Board and Committee meetings Manage the preparation and maintenance of corporate documents, including legal entity management for corporate affiliates Assist with corporate transactions, including M&A and due diligence projects Required qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, with at least 3 years of in-house experience Experience preparing and maintaining various corporate documents in an in-house corporate environment Familiarity with mergers & acquisitions and/or strategic corporate transactions Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Excellent academic credentials, including a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate
