Senior Program Manager

Overseeing the coordination and administration of implementation and custom development efforts, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will work with Enterprise clients to define feature requirements, manage project life cycles, and ensure successful software delivery. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Enterprise partners to determine feature set needs and gather functional and technical requirements Provide program management support for complex integration and custom development efforts while mentoring and training Program Managers Serve as the single point of contact between the Enterprise partner and internal teams, ensuring project status communication and stakeholder engagement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, project management, and/or software application development in the financial services industry Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation and technical services Experience in building financial software applications and working knowledge of financial planning concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio
