JobSummary — The Opportunity

Rental is a key part of JM Test Systems' business, withsignificant room to grow. We're looking for an experienced Rental Director whowants to do more than manage an established operation, and is ready to shapeand scale an entire rental business.

In this role, you will own rental strategy, growth, andprofitability across the organization. You'll expand our fleet, markets, andcustomer reach while bringing together operations, people, technology, andcustomer demand across multiple locations. Working with Sales, Operations,Finance, and leadership, you'll help decide what the future of rental at JMTest Systems looks like.

KeyResponsibilities & Outcomes

• Set thestrategy. Own and execute the plan for rental growth, profitability, andmarket expansion, identifying new markets, customers, and equipmentopportunities.
• Scaleoperations. Lead rental operations across multiple locations withconsistent, scalable processes that support continued growth.
• Maximizethe fleet. Oversee fleet strategy, utilization, procurement, maintenance,and lifecycle management to drive asset ROI and equipment availability.
• Run onthe numbers. Establish and track KPIs for revenue, profitability,utilization, availability, downtime, and customer satisfaction.
• Build astrong team. Lead and develop a high-performing rental team with clearexpectations and accountability.
• Growcustomer relationships. Drive retention, repeat business, and newopportunities through strong customer relationships and targeted strategies.
• Connectrental to the bigger picture. Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, andleadership, and use technology, data, and market insights to guide decisionsand improvements.

WhatYou Bring

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or arelated field.
• Required: 10+ years of rental industry experience, including 5+ years in leadership,with proven success growing and scaling a rental business or service line.
• Required: Experience managing a technical or industrial equipment fleet, includingutilization, inventory, maintenance, lifecycle costs, and downtime.
• Required: Strong financial acumen in rental pricing, asset ROI, capital planning,budgets, and forecasts.
• Required: Experience with rental management technology, ERP systems, and dataanalytics.
• Required: Proven ability to identify market expansion opportunities and to build,lead, and develop high-performing teams.
• Preferred: Experience leading multi-location rental operations (strongly preferred)and an advanced degree.
