Join our top-notch team of nearly 43,500 professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT®, CRAFTSMAN®, CUB CADET®, STANLEY® and BLACK+DECKER® The Job: Direct and coordinate strategic marketing activities to achieve operating plans for the business; you’ll have overall responsibility for the profitability, promotion, pricing, merchandising and new product plans for HTAS within TM&A channels Work with the Commercial teams in collaboration with Product, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance to develop strategic initiatives Present new products, merchandising, and promotional strategies to buyers and successfully execute market communication plans and new product launches Interface with Brand Marketing team for production of point of purchase materials Analyze and track POS, inventory, market share, and competitive landscapes Track program/promotional effectiveness and recommend changes and improvements, as required Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to manage listings, maximizing sales and profitability via mix management, promotional opportunities, and pricing actions Make sound business decisions to drive top and bottom lines, driven by a holistic understanding of the channel P&L The Person: A minimum of five plus (5+) years of Product, Sales and/or Marketing experience within #J-18808-Ljbffr Black & Decker (U.S.) Inc.
