We’re hiring a Bilingual Polish-Speaking Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for leads or clients seeking legal services. Help us make a difference by guiding individuals toward the assistance they need.

What you will be doing:

• Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience.
• Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help.
• Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm.
• Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support.
• Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree .
• Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
• Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency.
• Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred) .
• Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Korean , both spoken and written.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Permanently resides in Latin America .
• Owns a reliable laptop ( Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer ) with a stable internet connection.
