Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance. Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Education: Associate's of Nursing [Required] Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] Work Experience: Minimum of 1-year acute care experience preferred (PCU, Telemetry, or Med‑Surg) Strong cardiac monitoring and assessment skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication, teamwork, and critical‑thinking skills Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and service excellence Additional Information: Additional Licensure or certification requirements may apply depending on the specific unit or state in which this position is located.
