Quality Control - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Process Monitoring: Conduct routine line checks to ensure products meet exact specifications for weight, temperature, filling ratio, pH, and visual appearance.
  
  
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and document Critical Control Points (CCPs) in accordance with the facility’s HACCP plan and SQF standards.
  
  
• Material Inspection: Verify that incoming ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods meet internal quality parameters before release.
  
  
• Sanitation Verification: Collaborate with the Sanitation team to perform pre-operational inspections, ATP swabbing, and allergen testing to ensure equipment is properly sanitized.
  
  
• Non-Conformance Handling: Identify quality deviations, place non-conforming products on hold, and assist in Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.
  
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate daily QA logs, production records, and food safety documentation required for internal review and regulatory audits.
