Spend time where it matters most, on the floor, building relationships, listening to employees, understanding challenges, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Conduct focus groups, gather feedback, and identify trends that impact engagement and retention. Turn employee feedback into practical solutions and action plans. Lead and support the Buddy Program and new hire onboarding experience. Facilitating weekly new hire orientation sessions. Delivering engaging classroom and instructor-led training for employees and leaders. Supporting the rollout of new programs, processes, policies, and operational initiatives. Tracking training completion and supporting ongoing employee development efforts.Adapting training schedules and delivery methods to meet the needs of a fast-paced, 24/7 operation. What We’re Looking For in a Candidate 1-3 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, training, employee relations, operations support, or a related field. Experience using employee feedback, surveys, focus groups, or workforce data to improve retention and engagement. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to influence leaders and drive positive change. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
