Employee and Labor Relations Manager Contract (3+ months) Downtown Portland, OR Onsite Non-profit What you should know: Mulberry is partnering with our long-time client, a non-profit serving Portland for over 45 years recently named a most admired nonprofit. A day in the life: Administer and interpret labor contracts, providing guidance to managers and employees. Participate in collective bargaining negotiations. Advise management on labor laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your areas of knowledge and qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing employee and labor relations functions and teams Strong skill set in working with unions and collective bargaining agreements including negotiations Experience with Employee Relations tracking software Must possess a current driver’s license, pass a DMV background check and be designated an “acceptable” driver as outlined in Safety Policy. Must pass an initial driver and maintain vehicle insurance coverage of a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 personal auto liability coverage. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check. Compensation and Benefits: $60-67/HR. Benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off!
