We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Enterprise Services Talent Acquisition team. This is an onsite position, 5 days per week, in our Dallas, TX office, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition. Our Talent Acquisition team partners with leaders across ATI to identify, attract, assess, and hire the talent needed to support our businesses. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our recruiting organization and delivering an efficient, engaging, and high-touch experience for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and Human Resources partners. The primary focus of this position, approximately 70% of the role, is Talent Acquisition coordination and recruiting operations. This includes interview scheduling, candidate communication, referral program support, Applicant Tracking System administration, offer support, reporting, recruitment marketing, and other operational activities that keep our recruiting processes moving efficiently. Approximately 30% of the role will support ATI's Internship and Early Career programs. This work is seasonal, with planning and recruiting activity typically beginning in August/September and continuing through the completion of the internship program in May/June. During peak early-career recruiting periods, responsibilities will shift based on business needs while maintaining core Talent Acquisition coordination as the position's primary responsibility. A successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator builds strong relationships with candidates and internal customers, is highly organized and detail-oriented, can effectively manage competing priorities, and is comfortable supporting multiple recruiters, businesses, and hiring teams. This position also provides exposure to many aspects of Talent Acquisition and the opportunity to develop toward a future Talent Acquisition Specialist role. Talent Acquisition Coordination & Operations – Primary Focus (~70%) Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and interview teams, including candidate travel arrangements when needed. Manage high-volume interview scheduling and calendar coordination, including aligning availability, sending invitations, communicating changes, and ensuring interviews move forward efficiently. Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the interview and hiring process, helping ensure a positive candidate experience. Support recruiters and hiring teams with day-to-day recruiting administration and operational needs. Maintain accurate candidate tracking, recruiting activity, dispositions, and status updates within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assist with the creation and administration of offer letters and other recruiting documentation. Assist with editing, posting, and maintaining positions within the ATS in accordance with ATI policies, employment brand, and job posting standards. Provide administrative and operational support for ATI's Employee Referral Program, including tracking, reporting, candidate communication, and program coordination. Support recruitment marketing activities, including posting opportunities to job boards, colleges and universities, professional organizations, social media, and other recruiting channels. Run recruiting reports, gather data, and maintain accurate records to support Talent Acquisition reporting and operational needs. Conduct ad-hoc market research on competitors, industry associations, community organizations, schools, universities, and other talent sources. Participate in candidate screens as needed or requested by Talent Acquisition Leadership. Support recruiting events, Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements, and other initiatives as needed. Serve as a flexible operational resource for the Talent Acquisition team, adjusting priorities based on recruiting volume and business needs. Internship & Early Career Program Support – Seasonal Focus (~30%) In addition to core Talent Acquisition responsibilities, this position will help coordinate and support ATI's Internship and Early Career programs. Activity will increase during the annual internship recruiting and program cycle, generally beginning with planning in August/September and continuing through May/June. Partner with ATI Talent Acquisition Leadership to develop, maintain, and continuously improve ATI's Internship and Early Career Recruiting Playbook, helping establish standardized processes, timelines, responsibilities, recruiting practices, and candidate experience expectations. Serve as a central coordination resource for internship and early-career hiring activities across ATI businesses and locations. Help establish and maintain a standardized annual internship recruiting timeline in partnership with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders. Coordinate internship requisitions, candidate activity, interviews, offers, and other recruiting activities throughout the annual hiring cycle. Maintain a centralized internship and early-career talent pipeline to improve candidate visibility, reduce duplication, and allow qualified candidates to be considered across multiple ATI businesses and locations. Maintain visibility into college, university, technical school, and career events being attended across ATI and maintain a centralized calendar of early-career recruiting activities. Support standardized candidate and lead capture, follow-up, and tracking from career fairs, campus events, networking events, and other early-career recruiting activities. Assist with coordinating career fairs, campus recruiting activities, information sessions, and other early-career events as needed. Help maintain relationships and recruiting connections with targeted colleges, universities, technical schools, career centers, and student organizations. Support a consistent company-wide internship and early-career employment brand and candidate experience across recruiting materials, job postings, candidate communications, and events. Maintain centralized reporting and tracking for internship and early-career recruiting activity, providing visibility into hiring progress, pipelines, events, school partnerships, and program outcomes. Support intern program communications and activities throughout the internship cycle, including onboarding coordination, orientation, networking and development activities, and end-of-program activities. Assist with tracking return internship opportunities and potential conversion of interns into full-time ATI employees. Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the internship and early-career recruiting process for future recruiting cycles. Growth & Development This role is first and foremost a Talent Acquisition Coordinator position, with recruiting coordination and operational support remaining the primary responsibility throughout the year. The internship and early-career component provides an opportunity to take on additional program responsibilities and gain exposure to university recruiting and program management during key periods of the annual recruiting cycle. The position provides hands-on experience across recruiting operations, interview coordination, candidate experience, referral programs, ATS administration, reporting, recruitment marketing, candidate screening, and early-career recruiting, creating a strong foundation for continued development within Talent Acquisition. Requirement Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, recruiting coordination, or a similar recruiting operations role. Experience managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, calendar coordination, and recruiting administration in a fast-paced environment. Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting internship, university recruiting, campus recruiting, or other early-career talent programs . Experience coordinating career fairs, university events, internship programs, or other recruiting events. Experience supporting employee referral programs, recruitment marketing, recruiting reporting, or other Talent Acquisition programs. Experience working within a large, multi-site organization.
