2-4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition coordination, or campus recruiting coordination Experience supporting campus recruiting programs, university hiring initiatives, career fairs, internship programs, or early career recruiting activities Strong written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Outlook Familiar with Workday Must be able to pivot quickly and work in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills & Experience Healthcare, spend management, or GPO experience Experience with Eightfold Experience coordinating campus events, internship programs, university partnerships, or new graduate hiring initiatives Job Description We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Spend Management Talent Acquisition team during a period of rapid growth. This role will be heavily focused on interview coordination and scheduling while also supporting campus recruiting initiatives, partnering with recruiters, candidates, hiring leaders, and university talent to ensure a seamless hiring process and exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities Manage high-volume interview scheduling across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executive stakeholders. Coordinate virtual, onsite, and travel-related interview logistics. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Support a team of recruiters focused on hiring within the Spend Management business unit. Coordinate campus recruiting activities including career fairs, university events, internship interviews, information sessions, and early career hiring programs. Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to facilitate intern and new graduate recruiting efforts. Manage candidate communications and scheduling for campus recruiting events and interview days. Maintain candidate activity and scheduling details within Workday, Eightfold, and Outlook. Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks. Assist with interview debriefs, offer coordination, internship onboarding, and onboarding handoffs.
