Senior Director, Corporate Development

The Opportunity Adobe generated ~$24B revenue in FY 2025 and has completed ~$10B in strategic acquisitions since 2018. Our Corporate Development team strategically identifies, sources, evaluates, and implement Adobe's inorganic growth roadmap, including acquisitions, divestitures, and investments. We are looking for an Executive Leader to serve Adobe's Corporate Development team driving Adobe shareholder value through exceptional, ground-breaking opportunities - leading and mentoring from sourcing to diligence, deal execution to integration planning! This leader will work with other executive leaders on strategic issues across product, product marketing, sales & sales operations, marketing, IT, finance, legal, and HR. The Challenge: Leads partnerships with internal partners to develop strategic investment themes and assess potential acquisition and investment opportunities. Identify product gaps, evaluate build/partner/buy, and collaborate on target selection. Perform comprehensive, meticulous analyses to influence decision-making, including industry TAMs, competitive landscapes, customer overlaps, as well as valuation and financial models. Coordinate all aspects of the M&A process (e.g., due diligence, data rooms, internal updates), support M&A integration workstreams, and leverage suite of corporate development systems & tools. Build a robust understanding of new customer segments, industry trends, market positioning, and emerging companies. Deliver assignments and projects across Corporate Development and M&A Integration. Support post-acquisition integration efforts. Develop external network of industry specialists to bring outside-in knowledge of market trends and opportunities. What is Needed to Succeed: BA/BS or equivalent experience from a top university in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar field. MBA or equivalent experience is preferred. 10+ years of exceptional financial modeling, interpersonal and project management skills. High EQ with strategic business intuition with a heart for "Servant Leadership." Executive presence - written and spoken communication skills. Demonstrated experience 12+ years in investment banking, corporate development, venture capital, private equity, or similar environments. Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $200,500 -- $397,250 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $255,500 - $397,250 In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
