Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop a deep understanding of clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.

• Design and develop personalized treatment plans, outlining clear goals and methods for achieving desired outcomes aligned with the clients' needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of coordinated care for clients.

• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments as necessary, providing safety planning and mitigation strategies to clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment in accordance with ethical and legal standards, using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience of clients, encouraging communal support and empowerment.
