Zuma Restaurants is seeking a Sous Chef in Miami to support the Executive and Head Chefs. You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, mentor staff, manage inventory, and collaborate on seasonal menus and events to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2+ years as a Sous Chef or senior culinary role in a high-volume setting, with culinary training and a health & safety certification.
