Litigation Paralegal
FINITETEK INC
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant with at least 5 years of litigation experience to support a busy legal team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines while working closely with attorneys, clients, courts, and other parties. Key Responsibilities: Handle client intake and gather case information. Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation. Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents. Organize pleadings, case files, and discovery materials. Assist with depositions, hearings, pre-trial, and trial preparation. Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties. Requirements: 5+ years of litigation experience. Knowledge of state and federal court procedures. First-party property insurance experience is a plus. Strong Microsoft Office and document management skills.
