Sales & Marketing Associate — Entry Level | Manhattan, NY

NYEvents is hiring motivated individuals for an entry-level Sales & Marketing Associate role. This is an in-person, face-to-face position — you'll represent our clients directly at live events and retail locations across NYC.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide full paid training, hands-on coaching, and a clear path for advancement based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with customers at events and retail locations
• Present products and services in a clear, professional, and engaging way
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Apply proven sales and communication techniques learned through training
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching and skills development

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
• Reliable and available full-time, Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and open to feedback
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-person, team environment
• No prior sales or marketing experience required

Compensation & Benefits

• Average earnings: $3,200–$5,200/month, performance-based (paid weekly)
• Most reps reach full earning potential by week 3–4
• Paid training from day one
• Ongoing mentorship and coaching
