**Required Experience and Skills:** - Stepdown experience - Telemetry experience **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Prior CV surgery and vascular surgery population experience (e.g., open heart, TAVR, lobectomy, AAA repair, and fem-pop bypass) within a year - CVICU experience **Typical Procedures Performed on Unit:** - Epidural management - Chest tube management - Tube feedings - IV gluccomander - Cardiac gtt management (phenylephrine, dobutamine, dopamine, milrinone, cardizem, amiodarone, insulin, heparin, nitroglycerin, ketamine) **Best Personality Fit:** - Team player - Enjoys fast-paced environment - Flexible **Required Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) **Floating Areas:** - Any Stepdown (SD) unit with 1:5 ratios or Medical-Surgical (MS) unit with 1:6-7 ratios, ER inpatient holding area with 1:6 ratios. **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color/Attire: All navy, white tops/navy bottoms, or all white.
