This role oversees marketing technology, performance measurement, and workflow optimization, while program managing key initiatives such as brand integration for acquisitions.This position partners across Marketing, Sales, and business functions to drive operational efficiency, improve visibility into performance, and ensure alignment across campaigns and initiatives. The manager serves as a central connector across teams, enabling better planning, execution, and delivery of marketing outcomes.We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.Job DutiesMarketing Operations & TechnologyOwn and manage marketing automation platforms, including campaign execution, workflows, and system optimizationEstablish and maintain marketing data governance, including lead routing, life cycle stages, and data quality standardsPartner with Sales Operations to align marketing systems and CRM processesMeasurement & PerformanceDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectivenessDefine and standardize key marketing KPIs and reporting frameworksSupport attribution and pipeline visibility efforts in partnership with Sales and FinanceProvide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and return on investmentProgram Management – Brand Integration (Acquisitions)Lead project management for brand integration of acquired companiesCoordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales acquired brands, and business unitsTrack deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across integration initiativesEnsure consistent execution of brand transitions, including messaging, website updates, and communicationsCross-Functional EnablementServe as a central connector across marketing functions to drive alignment and executionPartner with Corporate Communications, Industry Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, and Creative teams to support campaigns and initiativesEnable improved planning, coordination, and communication across the marketing organizationTravel RequirementsMust be able to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.Required EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldRequired Experience8+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or related rolesExperience managing Hubspot marketing technology platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM systems)Experience in reporting, analytics, and performance measurementExperience coordinating cross-functional projects or programsRequired Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of marketing operations, systems, and processesExperience with marketing automation platforms and CRM toolsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance dataProven project and program management capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to drive alignment and execution in a matrixed environmentPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting marketing organizations in a professional services or AEC environmentExperience with acquisition integration or brand transition initiativesExperience working with sales and finance partners on pipeline and performance trackingPreferred Certifications, Licenses, or Training (if applicable)Certifications in marketing automation, CRM platforms, or project management (e.g., HubSpot, PMP)Preferred Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesFamiliarity with data governance and life cycle management practicesExperience building dashboards and reporting frameworksUnderstanding of demand generation and go-to-market processesExperience improving operational efficiency and workflow designBenefits You Will LoveCertified as a Great Place to Work, Woolpert is one of the fastest-growing architecture, engineering, and geospatial companies in the world.
