Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the psychological and emotional needs of clients with severe mental illness and emotional disorders, tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance client engagement and promote mental well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults and their families who are enrolled in hospice care. • Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
