The role is approximately 75% sales and 25% service , giving you the opportunity to focus on production while still supporting customers beyond the initial sale. You’ll be joining a team-based environment led by a 37-year State Farm Agent in Frankfort who is deeply involved in the local community and schools. Supporting the Lincoln-Way School District and surrounding schools isn’t a side project—it’s part of how we show up as a business and serve our community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.COMPENSATION:
Your compensation is performance-based and uncapped , meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your effort and results—there’s no ceiling on what you can achieve here.
