What You'll Do

As an Account Representative , you'll play an important role in growing our agency while helping customers protect what matters most.

• Connect with prospective and existing customers through calls, conversations, and appointments.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and turn opportunities into sales.

• Ask great questions, uncover needs, and recommend appropriate insurance and financial services products.

• Confidently ask for the business and work toward individual and team sales goals.

• Build relationships that create referrals, repeat business, and long-term customers.

• Assist customers with policy questions, coverage changes, billing, claims-related needs, and account updates.

• Stay connected with customers as their lives and insurance needs change.

• Bring positive energy, teamwork, and a competitive spirit to the office.

• Celebrate wins and contribute to a fun, results-driven atmosphere!

What We're Looking For

• Property & Casualty license required, or ability to meet applicable licensing requirements.
