Job Title and Location Senior Leasing Manager, Los Angeles County (Cerritos, El Segundo) / Orange County (Newport Beach) – Additional locations: San Diego County. Location: Cerritos Office; Other locations in Los Angeles, California and Newport Beach Office. Responsibilities Drive Net Operating Income (NOI) and asset value growth through innovation, creative marketing, strategic leasing, and fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties market. Work as an integral part of the Customer Experience Team (CET) with property management, construction and maintenance to ensure buildings remain best in class and customers receive world-class service. Contribute to and be accountable for the CET portfolio results. Create, maintain, grow and foster quality relationships with existing and prospective customers; develop an in-depth understanding of customer business, strategies, and space needs. Support market leadership in expanding Prologis’ portfolio within the market, including deploying capital, underwriting acquisitions, and developing pro forma. Establish and maintain trusting relationships with customers, brokers, and internal and external stakeholders. Act as the market expert in your sub-market regarding rents, available product and economic trends. Lead CET meetings and facilitate asset management tasks. Own and execute the budget process for market lease assumptions; collaborate with property managers to monitor property financial performance relative to budget. Provide reporting, market data and relevant information to internal practice groups (Acquisition, Development, Disposition, Capital Partners, Valuations). Identify opportunities to present Prologis Essentials solutions to address customer pain points; coordinate with property managers for these opportunities. Contribute to company initiatives on projects with impact beyond the portfolio. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of leasing and brokerage experience related to sourcing, negotiating, and executing commercial leases/contracts. Knowledge of market demand/supply, vacancy, absorption, micro and macro property issues, acquisitions and valuations; proficiency in building valuation methods (e.g., income, market, discounted cash flow). Persuasive presentation and negotiation skills; ability to read and understand commercial lease documents. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Current Real Estate sales license in the State of Washington or ability to obtain within six months of employment; company will cover related costs and reasonable time spent on licensure as part of work hours. Driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle; ability to travel to other company locations/properties. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; experience/training in related fields; willingness to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Demonstrates sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes. Compensation and Benefits Hiring Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000. Salary and total compensation (bonus target) determined by location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data. Full-time roles include a robust benefits package (health, dental, and vision insurance) and additional wellness, financial, and work/life benefits. Prologis also offers a 401(k) with company match of 50% up to 12% of eligible compensation and generous PTO (starting accrual of 22 days per year) plus paid holidays and volunteer time.
